The students at Immanuel Kindergarten

This is the oldest students. They are 6 and 7 years old.

These students are 5 years old

These are 4 and 5 years old

This is the youngest and biggest group. The students are from 2,5-3 yaers old.

The 90 students at Immanuel Kindergarten are divided into 4 groups, depending on their age. Most of the day the groups are separated, except from 08.45- 09.30. During that time, they are all together singing songs and having fun!

Immanuel Kindergarten was opened in 1977. The kindergarten has been running for 30 years, and it has really grown during this period of time. When it first opened it was around 30 kids. Today there are 90 children between the age 2,5 and 7 years. The kindergarten is in the same building as Immanuel Church. The church is running two daycentres; Home of Praise and Immanuel kindergarten. Even though it’s a Christian kindergarten, most of the children come from Buddhist families.
